Carrageenan, is the collective name for linear sulfated polysaccharides extracted from certain edible red algae seaweeds. It is an odorless, tasteless, large, highly elastic molecule with 100% pure natural ingredients.

The double helix structure of carrageenan make it has the characteristics of hydrophilicity, viscosity, stability and other properties, and it can stably combine with the proteins in the food.
